Adds workflow-level metadata to composite tool output templates, enabling users to access workflow execution details via `{{.workflow.*}}` template variables. This addresses a gap where **output templates** could reference parameters, steps, and variables, but not workflow-level metadata like execution ID, duration, and step count.
