SD Apply support (merge commit)

Merge branch 'feature/sd-apply-support' into 'main'
* Use Go version from go.mod file in Github actions

* Add more tests

* Update dev-tools to work with krakend change to use config file for SD Apply variables

* Fix tests, and fix cache and node clearing based on them

* Trim .c4gh extension from object name when uploading to Findata

* Adjust code to support SD Apply via KrakenD
