spider performance improvements

various spider pergormance improvements:
* fix bug causing non-potential-match links to get reprocessed
* check for self linked domain stories much less often becayuse the query is expensive now
* send extraction jobs to queue as we find stories so that they should be extracted by the time we get to the extraction step
* cache extractino results from spider so that we don't have re-extract for link mining
* run postgres regex against all story sentences at the same time
