feat(server): add base URL support for subpath deployment

add --server.base-url flag for serving stash at a subpath (e.g., /stash).
includes handler wrapping with http.StripPrefix, template URL prefixing,
cookie path configuration, and proper auth redirects.

- add BaseURL to server config and handler() method
- add url() and cookiePath() helpers
- update all templates to use {{.BaseURL}} prefix
- update SessionAuth to accept configurable login URL
- handle __Host- cookie prefix only when baseURL empty
- add unit and integration tests for base URL support
