#42: Add ILogger abstraction with multiple logger implementations

Features:
- ILogger interface with three built-in implementations:
  - ConsoleLogger (default)
  - SilentLogger (for testing)
  - FileLogger (with automatic rotation)
- All services accept optional ILogger parameter
- Comprehensive documentation with cloud logger guide
- 185 tests passing, 100% coverage maintained

Backward compatible - no breaking changes.
