refactor(tests): optimize caller address setter (#642)

Where possible, use `cheat_caller_address` with a specified number
of calls instead of  `start_cheat_caller_address` and 
`stop_cheat_caller_address`.

This is more efficient and makes the caller of an external function
clearer at first glance.
