refactor: update logger with RawJSON support, Int64 fields and
improved JSON/text formatting

- Added RawJSON() for zero-allocation structured payload logging
- Added Int64() and full uint64 support
- Improved JSON formatter with support for json.RawMessage and boolean
  types
- Enhanced text formatter and unified field handling
- Switched Writer.Write to safe write ignoring errors
- Added missing imports and internal cleanups
