feat(engine-cyberia): ✨ feat: Add Cyberia Map Engine component and menu option

Introduces the MapEngineCyberia component, a basic placeholder for the map engine view.

Adds MapEngineCyberia.js file with a minimal render method.

Integrates the Map Engine into the Cyberia Portal menu (MenuCyberiaPortal.js) with a new button and associated modal logic.

Adds a route in RoutesCyberiaPortal.js to open the Map Engine modal when navigating to /cyberia-map-engine.
