Try deploy (#282)

* try to get rbenv to use ruby 3.3.9

* update package.json file to build shakapacker

* push updated puma.rb

* updated corrupted Puma file

* fix rubocop error on puma.rb file

* Update to Rails 7.2 defaults and fix test suite

* per reviewer:We still need Puma’s production logs and PID tracking.

* Address code review feedback

- Restore production mailer configuration for Devise password resets
- Clean up puma.rb (remove duplicate bind statements)
- Fix Rails.logger.debug to puts in Capistrano deploy script

* more corerctions for comment per reviewer
