README: mention how to build/install dfuzzer on FreeBSD and Alpine

and also switch from `meson build` to `meson setup build`.

dfuzzer compiles and works on Alpine too
(https://github.com/avahi/avahi/issues/763) so its build dependencies
there are mentioned as well. `glib-dev` already pulls
`libxslt`/`docbook-xml` there so they aren't mentioned explicitly.
