fix: browser hack property parsing and invalid selector validation (#98)

* Initial plan

* Fix browser hack parsing and invalid selector detection

- Update Block.js to detect *ident, +ident, &ident patterns as declarations, not selectors
- Update TypeSelector.js to validate that * cannot be directly followed by ident without whitespace
- Add comprehensive tests for browser hacks and selector validation
