Fix Coveralls integration by adding COVERALLS_REPO_TOKEN

Add COVERALLS_REPO_TOKEN environment variable to all Coveralls upload
steps to properly authenticate with the Coveralls platform. This fixes
the issue where builds were uploading successfully but showing 0 jobs
on the Coveralls dashboard.
