Add temporary fix for APPSELF

If the auth type is set to APPSELF but no Auth function is defined on
the route, Go will panic with a runtime error for trying to call
`route.Auth(h, w, r)`.

So, for now, just skip APPSELF if it's not defined.

The best solution would be to figure out how to turn this into a
compiler error instead of a runtime error, but at the very least this
should panic with a helpful error.
