Add Google Vertex AI Anthropic provider support (#217)

Enables Claude models (Haiku 4.5, Sonnet 4.5, Opus 4.1) on Google
Vertex AI through provider alias system. Single google_vertex module
now serves both google_vertex and google_vertex_anthropic providers.

Provider Alias Support:
- Update llmdb dependency with provider alias system
- Add google_vertex_anthropic to provider filter allowlist
- Fix object generation detection for tool-based workaround

AWS Bedrock Integration:
- Add provider_model_id support for inference profiles
- Re-record 54 fixtures with canonical model IDs
- Add object_basic.json fixtures for Claude models

Google Vertex Fixes:
- Fix reasoning capability check (capabilities.reasoning.enabled)
- Add proper temperature (1.0) and max_tokens for reasoning
- Re-record all 36 fixtures for 3 Claude models

Test Infrastructure:
- Restore ModelMatrix registry option lost in LLMDB integration
- Update FakeRegistry to return LLMDB.Model structs vs strings
- Fix type mismatch between FakeRegistry and LLMDB APIs
- All 1,327 tests pass
