test: Refactor parser error test setup

- Uses `strings.Repeat` to simplify generating input prefixes
  in `TestChoice_ErrorScenarios`.
- Adds skipped test scenario (Scenario 9) to explore how `Choice`
  selects the best error when parsers consume input before failing.
