docs: update changelog for multiple transport modes

Add support in the CHANGELOG for new transport modes including
TCP, WebSocket, and Standalone, along with details on class
additions for `ListeningEndpoint` and `ConnectingEndpoint`.
Clarify breaking changes with class renaming: `Soul` to `Host`,
`Ghost` to `Proxy`, and `User` to `Agent`, for clearer roles.
Remove forced type conversions and improve documentation for
code clarity and maintainability. Fix issues in `Peer.cs` by
adding error event handling and resource disposal to prevent
null reference exceptions.
