docs: Update web server documentation to reflect binary integration

Updated all documentation to reflect that the web server is now
integrated into the main tt binary via --web flag rather than being
a separate tt-web binary.

Changes:
- README.md: Updated help command and added new features (date ranges, limit)
- docs/web-dashboard.md:
  - Updated project structure to show main.rs instead of tt-web.rs
  - Updated troubleshooting to use --port flag
  - Updated profiling command
  - Added new templates to structure (outcomes, charts)
- docs/backlog/web-version.md: Added completion note

All references to cargo run --bin tt-web are now
cargo run --features web -- --web
