[BUGFIX] Allow numbers and underscores in CSS property names (#1500)

CSS custom variable names must start with `--` but then may contain any letter, number, underscore or hyphen.

This fixes e.g. variable name `--base-size-16`.

Standard and vendor property names by also contain numbers and underscores except as the first character.
