Add support for upload's"async" flag

Document async flag

Add a stash parameter and raise a TypeError if asynchronous is used without a filekey.

Document the new stash parameter and clarify async documentation.

Originally client_test.py used StringIO for testing but they switched to BytesIO. This test wasn't updated because of course they didn't know about it.
