feat: add Multicall3 deployment to pre-deploy script

- Create scripts/multicall3.ts with deployment constants
- Add ensureMulticall3() function to scripts/create3-deploy.ts
- Update pre-deploy script to deploy Multicall3 before test tokens
- Multicall3 deploys to deterministic address across all chains
- Auto-funds sender if balance is insufficient (with 10% buffer)
- Only deploys if contract not already present on chain
