fix: Use asChild on Dialog Triggers

Improves component composition and DOM structure:

*   Adds `asChild` prop to all `Dialog.Trigger` components to
    prevent unnecessary wrapper elements.
*   Restructures components to ensure `Tooltip` correctly wraps
    `IconButton` instances.
*   Removes redundant `Tooltip` from `ResetDataButton`.
