Distributed engine support implemented. (#11)

* Support queue item release for distributed task handling.

- Implemented `ReleaseQueueItem` method in the store to allow releasing queue items back.
- Integrated logic to skip steps without a local handler and release them to be retried.
- Updated mocks, interfaces, and tests accordingly.

* Refactor microservices example for service-specific engines and graceful shutdown.

* Add microservices rollback example and enhance distributed compensation handling.

* Introduce jittered rescheduling for missing handler scenarios.
