Add RdmpDicom tests to CI workflow

- Added RdmpDicom tests to Linux Database Tests job
- Tests run in both Database mode and File System mode
- Added coverage upload steps for RdmpDicom (DB) and RdmpDicom (FS)
- This ensures RdmpDicom functionality is tested as part of the monorepo CI pipeline
