feat: Add OpenAI LLM provider support

The application now supports using the OpenAI API to generate
commit summaries, allowing users flexibility in choosing their
Large Language Model (LLM).

Configuration is handled via environment variables:

*   `LLM_PROVIDER`: Set to `openai` to enable the provider.
*   `OPENAI_API_KEY`: Required API key.
*   `OPENAI_MODEL`: Optional model override (default: `gpt-4o`).
*   `OPENAI_BASE_URL`: Optional custom base URL, useful for local
    services like `llama.cpp`.
