Integrate component-based list management for headers and matchers

Phase 2 completion: Refactor popup.ts to use MatcherListComponent and
HeaderListComponent for managing matcher rows and header rows. This
eliminates scattered event handling code (~42 lines) and consolidates
state management into dedicated component classes.

Changes:
- Integrate MatcherListComponent for matcher row management
- Integrate HeaderListComponent with separate request/response handling
- Remove legacy matcherRow and headerRow template functions from popup.ts
- Remove legacy event handlers (input, change, click listeners)
- Fix MatcherRowComponent callback signature (resourceTypes → types field)
- Clean up unused markdown documentation files
- All 304 tests passing, full typecheck passing
