Made --pdb public and added post-mortem debugging for unhandled exceptions

Details:

* Changed the hidden '--pdb' option to be public.

* Extended the '--pdb' option to enable post-mortem debugging with the
  built-in pdb debugger for unhandled exceptions.

* Fixed a hang on program exit caused by not starting the click spinner when
  --pdb was used. click-spinner initializes its cleanup logic only when it
  is started.
