- Added Zoi as a dependency to enable advanced schema handling.
- Updated `ReqLLM.Schema` to support Zoi schema structs, allowing conversion to JSON Schema format.

- Implemented validation for Zoi schemas within the `validate/2` function, supporting nested structures and optional fields.
- Added comprehensive tests for Zoi schema integration, covering various scenarios including nested objects and validation errors.

These changes improve the flexibility and capability of schema handling in ReqLLM, facilitating more complex data structures.
