Allow passing through direct schemas when generating objects (#118)

* Allow passing through direct schemas when generating objects

For complex object schemas NimbleOptions is not really usable due to it
not matching 1:1 with JSON schema. This allows you to specify a map
instead of a keyword list to directly supply a schema that will **not**
have any client side validations.

* add support for json schema in openai responses api
