Match logic fore split (#55)

* Add amplitude_max_record_i to hits and truth plugins

Introduces the amplitude_max_record_i field to both DxHits and Truth plugins, recording the index of the maximum amplitude in hit and truth waveforms. Updates dtype definitions, calculation logic, and associated tests to validate presence, type, and correctness of the new field. Also adds PULSE_TEMPLATE_ARGMAX to utils for use in Truth plugin.

* Update split match selection logic

Changed the selection criteria for 'split' matches in Match plugin to choose the hit with minimal distance in amplitude_max_record_i compared to the truth event, instead of the maximum amplitude_convolved. Updated related test to reflect new selection logic.

* Bump version for match and truth plugins

Updated __version__ from 0.0.0 to 0.0.1 in both match.py and truth.py to reflect new changes or improvements.
