feat: add events API endpoints to SDK (#1785)

Add comprehensive support for OpenSea Events API endpoints including:
- getEvents() - fetch all events with filtering options
- getEventsByAccount() - fetch events for a specific account
- getEventsByCollection() - fetch events for a collection
- getEventsByNFT() - fetch events for a specific NFT

Includes full TypeScript types for all event types (order, sale, transfer),
query parameters, and response structures. Verified against live API responses.

Test Coverage:
- 48 comprehensive unit tests with 97.88% coverage
- Tests cover all endpoints, filters, pagination, and error handling
- Verified with live API calls
