[#32] fix: add nginx location block for /storage endpoint

Fixes production 500 error on /storage endpoint by adding proper nginx
proxy configuration. Without this block, /storage requests were being
routed to frontend instead of backend, causing Internal Server Error.

Also added comprehensive storage system documentation covering:
- API endpoints and usage
- Configuration requirements
- Deployment steps
- Troubleshooting guide
