tools: Replace animator with Python.

We used to have:

pybricks-micropython --> [pipe] --> python --> [webserver] --> react app

This simplifies it to

pybricks-micropython --> [socket] --> python

The animator can stay open at all times for easy pybricks-micropython debugging.
