Feature: Staff accounts have an instructor tag on all their posts (#30)

* feat(instructor tagline): add tagline on topics preview page
-Added tagline to the topics previews on the categories page

-Added additional tests for the feature in
test/posts.js and test/topics.js.

-Updated the schema to include the tagline field in the TopicObject.yaml
to prevent the tests from failing prematurely due to schema validation errors.

* docs(user-guide): add detailed UserGuide.md for instructor, anonymous, and private post features

fix(tests): add missing "{" in test/topics.js to correct syntax

* fix(tests): increase timeout for API schema test to avoid CI failure

* fix: change arrow function to regular function
