* fix: invoke forceQuit callback in Redis connection timeout

The setTimeout callback was binding forceQuit but not invoking it,
causing the function to never execute when the timeout triggers.
This could lead to Redis connections not being properly closed
during module shutdown, resulting in connection pool exhaustion.
