[CM2] Introduce custom entry sorting attributes

Each collection and category can define its sorting rule by using
the new sortBy and sortOrder attributes.

sortBy takes a field name to sort by. default: 'date'
sortOrder is either 1 or -1, meaning descending and ascending
respectively. default: 1

A sort helper function is implemented to handle sorting logic
and to deal with differences between sorting by char vs number.
