Merge pull request #160 from muntazirsal/morefixes

While previous PR did addressed the root problem of why the test was failing by setting exponent to be an empty byte slice when the exponent is the default value as mandated by the TCG spec, it introduced a bug by incorrectly setting invalid 0 value exponents to the empty byte slices as well. Fixed the issue by returning an error for the invalid 0 value exponent.
