feat: Add support for --override-binary argument

When any of difftastic commands is called with a double prefix arg it displays
a transient menu prompting user for extra arguments to pass to `difft`
executable.  This transient now has an option to provide `--override-binary`
arguments introduced in difftastic-0.65.0.
