Handle unlimited limits in resource descriptions gracefully (#758)

Refactored `describer` logic to display "Unlimited" for resources with unbounded limits (`Max Streams`, `Max Consumers`, `Max Memory Stream`, etc.) instead of displaying the values as `0`. This improves clarity and aligns output with user expectations.
