fix(lexer): handle null property names safely

Update the assignment of the `FlagName` property in the `CurrentProperty` object to prevent null reference exceptions. This change ensures that an empty string is assigned if the property name is null.

- Added a null-coalescing operator to safely assign `FlagName`.
- Prevent potential null reference exceptions when accessing `properties[0]`.
