* Bug 1289627 - Incorrect choice of partials for Firefox 48.0b10

This implements human sort for releases.

* Create a class to represent releases. Comparison is done with isStrictlyPreviousTo()
* Make addLastVersionAsPartial() purely functional
* Add unit test

* Improve error message in errors.js

* Add unit test for Release.is*()

It also adds support for Nightlies and DevEdition

* Move Release tests into their own module

* Add test for isStrictlyPreviousTo()

* Prevent _compareNumbers() to return NaN

* Add 2 more tests for isStrictlyPreviousTo()

* Add test for toString()

* Add test for error thrown by new Release()
