Fix distinctConstruct not working when over a single SPARQL endpoint

This was because we push down all queries to single SPARQL endpoints.
But since 1.1 endpoints do not support DISTINCT over CONSTRUCT, we must
not do this.

This was solved by adding a negation part to the selector shape of
SPARQL endpoints.
