### What kind of change does this PR introduce?

* Adding a new column ``bias_adjust_reference``. My suggestion is that
this column is only filled when it is not already defined by the
project, i.e. when a project has more than one reference. Ex:
  * ESPO-G6-R2 v1.0, PINS, CanDCS-M6 ->  `bias_adjust_reference=None`
* ESPO6 v2.0 -> `bias_adjust_reference=C3` ou
`bias_adjust_reference=E5L`
* CanLead -> `bias_adjust_reference=EWEMBI` ou
`bias_adjust_reference=S14FD`
* pro: `bias_adjust_reference` is optional in build_path, so we would
not need to change paths. In the future, we would just add
`ESPO6_v20_C3` at the same level as `ESPO-G6-R2_v10`.
* cons: you won't be able to search by ref because ESPO-G6-R2 won't have
the code R2. Though, you could add it yourself easily if it becomes
necessary.

### Does this PR introduce a breaking change?
Things would not really change for existing datasets in official
catalogs (except for an extra empty column).
