Leave the handling of encoding errors to LibFuzzer (#319)

If a custom libFuzzer mutator returns with 0 value, LibFuzzer interprets
it as a mutation failure and it tries it again. This mechanism is exactly
what is needed in our custom creators to enforce a new iteration if encoding
failed.
