Add documentation about the limits imposed by the zip spec.

These limits are mostly imposed by the various field sizes For example,
a 2 byte field size limits the number of entries in a zip file to 65,535.

This file also lists some known limits imposed by particular zip
implementations, perhaps due to the compiler used or target platform.
