Add install directory tooltip to GUI help tab

Mousing over the PlanetMapper version in the GUI help tab now shows the installation directory in the tooltip at the bottom of the GUI. This could be useful in the future to help debug weird installation issues, and allow users to explicitly see what code is running the GUI (especially when running from the `planetmapper` CLI command).
