fix: fixes nil encoding received from the peer (#172)

Here is a PR that patches an issue when receiving a ShortMessage. The
current Unmarshal doesn't fulfill the encoding in case the encoding was
Reserved (the current implementation keeps it nil because it is not
within the known encoding schemes).
