Improved end2end test for list_assigned_partitions()

Details:

* Changed test function test_adapter_list_assigned_part() to use
  parametrization by adapter family, for better test reporting.
  This makes the overall test a little less efficient because
  adapters are listed multiple times now.

* Fixed that for network-express adapters, NIC creation requires the
  'type' input property.

* Added a check for unexpected test family
