Update dependencies and lint to support Go 1.25 (#86)

Thank you to @cyril1929 and @lyda for getting the ball rolling here!

All changes:
* Update dependencies to fix installation with Go 1.25
* Fix lint
* Restore comments from original .golangci.yml in new locations
* Bump x/crypto to latest semver
* Remove ctx.Deadline() zero value check, redundant with bool value
* Permit hackpadfs.FS as allowed standard interface return type
* Remove some golangci-lint post-migration config additions
