feat(FFT): Improve broadcasting system for FFTOut types

Reimplements the broadcasting infrastructure for `RFFTOut` and `FFTOut`
to leverage Julia's `ArrayStyle` directly.

This commit:
- Updates `Broadcast.BroadcastStyle` definitions for enhanced type
  promotion and style combination.
- Aligns `Base.similar` and `Base.copyto!` methods with the new
  broadcasting approach.
- Adds new tests to validate the improved broadcasting behavior and
  style promotion.
- Addresses a test fragility by marking specific `@test_opt` cases as
  `broken` for `OffsetArrays`.
