Fixed the issue surrounding the config based comparisons when comparing a member to the value in the config. By mistake i had removed the methods in the ValidatorExtension and TenantValidationBuilder thinking just the one Comparison method was good for both member to member comparaions and member ot value comparisions. However, one needs the full entity the other just the entity member value. These are now back in place.

The names could be better but I have left the existing name intact so as not to break anything.
